I was born with something I did not have words for until much later. From a young age, I could look at someone and simply know things — their hidden strengths, the weight they were carrying, the question beneath every question — before a word was ever exchanged.
It took years to understand that I was reading faces. I studied ancient systems — Samudrika Shastra, Chinese Mian Xiang, classical physiognomy. I have been doing this formally since 2012.
Becoming a certified past life regression therapist added depth, allowing clients to trace patterns not only across this lifetime but through past lives. Breathwork grew from witnessing how much anxiety and depression lives in the body — and how powerfully it can be shifted through breath.
I do not have a formula. I have a gift, a practice, and over a decade of seeing what happens when someone is truly seen.
